LEDCO Performance Contract Grant

On April 17, 2013, the LEDCO Board of Directors voted to provide a $200,000 performance grant to Colony Cabinets, Inc. for our capital investment of $1.3 million in a new building and manufacturing equipment and the creation of 15 new jobs at our facility located at 900 Estes Drive.  The grant is to be paid as follows:  $50,000 upon receipt of the certificate of occupancy and proof of investment and then $50,000 per year for three years based on full-time employment average of 31 the first year, 36 the second year and 41 the third year. 

Since that time, CCI Group has invested over $1.3 Million in construction/equipment, provided the certificate of occupancy, and averaged over 31 full-time employees throughout 2014. The first check in the amount of $50,000 was presented at the LEDCO Industry Appreciation Reception in February 2014 and the second check in the amount of $50,000 was presented today, March 11, 2015.
